Simple Spectrum was designed with our kids with sensory needs in mind and is an unflavored dissolvable powder without gluten, casein, added sugar, soy, binding agents, artificial colors, preservatives, GMOs and dairy. The highest quality vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients in the best forms – It really is quite simple.

Dosage and Directions:

We recommend taking Simple Spectrum Supplement first thing in the morning with a meal. Mix it with your favorite food or drink (preferably 4-6 oz).

Begin at a low dosage (about half of the suggested dose for your child’s weight) and gradually increase to the dosage listed below.

• 30-60 lb: 1/4 scoop 2 times a day
• 61-90 lb: 1/2 scoop 2 times a day
• 90-120 lb: 3/4 scoop 2 times a day
• 120-150 lb: 1 scoop 2 times a day
• 150-180 lb: 1 1/4 scoop 2 times a day
• 180-210 lb: 1 1/2 scoop 2 times a day
• 210-240 lb: 1 3/4 scoop 2 times a day
• 240-270 lb: 2 scoop 2 times a day
• 270-300 lb: 2 1/4 scoop 2 times a day
• One scoop equivalent to 1 teaspoon

• For a 30-60 lb child, take 1/4 teaspoons 2x per day
• For a 61-90 lb child, take 1/2 teaspoons 2x per day
• For a 90-120 lb child, take 3/4 teaspoons 2x per day
• For a 120-150 lb child, take 1 teaspoon 2x per day
• For a 150-180 lb child, take 1 1/4 teaspoons 2x per day
• For a 180-210 lb child, take 1 1/2 teaspoons 2x per day

• Dosages can be combined but 2 x per day preferred (morning and midday with food)
