Pure Magnesium Chelate is a combination of Magnesium orotate and Magnesium citrate.

Contains Magnesium orotate – 100mg, Magnesium citrate – 400mg. Other ingredients: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.

Indications:
Pure Magnesium Chelate is an essential co-factor in numerous enzyme processes in the body; suitable to support healthy muscles, nerves, and energy levels; known support for enzyme stabilisation, exercise performance, depression, heart health, anti-inflammatory, PMS symptom relief, and healthy blood glucose.

Known support for COMT, VDR, GSTM1, GSTT1, SULT1A1, MTHFR677, SUOX, ACE, MAT1A1, and stabilises enzymes.
