Directions:

Shake bottle before use.
Adults and children 1 year and older use 4 sprays per day or as directed by your healthcare provider.

Caution:
If pregnant, breastfeeding or planning a pregnancy, consult your healthcare provider before use.
Do not use if hypersensitive to vitamin B12, cobalt or any of the other components of the formulation.
If you have calcification of the arteries that supply your heart with blood (coronary heart disease) and you are scheduled to receive a stent (angioplasty), please inform your cardiologist that you are taking a health supplement containing vitamin B12.
If combined with other health supplements containing folic acid and vitamin B6, you may have a higher risk of developing occlusion of the stent following placement.
The combination of vitamin B12 (20 µg daily) and vitamin B6 (80 mg daily) has been associated with the development of a skin rash (called rosacea fulminans) that may present with intense redness of the skin accompanied by nodules (small lumps), pimples, and small blisters containing pus.
If a rash occurs, stop taking it and immediately report to your treating doctor.
